Consultancy & Partnerships

Sonia founded and directs WEBworks, which is a pioneering and innovative autistic-led project originating from Arts Council England funded research. WEBworks is a peer support and mentoring service for autistic and neurodivergent creatives.

• We provide a consultancy and advice service for arts organisations.

• Our research focus is autistic professionalism in creative practice.

One of our key consultancies is with Birmingham Open Media. For the past two years we've been supporting BOM's Propellor Programme and are currently involved in plans for Propellor 2. Our role with BOM also includes support for the new cohort of Neurodivergent Fellows.

"As well as working alongside vulnerable adults and artists who are neuro divergent to enable them to make important cultural contributions in our arts centre, she has helped us as a venue to look at our own practice and think differently about how we make ourselves more inclusive of people with invisible disabilities.

Her generous, collaborative and assertive engagement with us has made a big difference to how we work."
